FAQ
Investor questions.
How is my investment legally secured?
Each investor signs a Deed of Assignment over their allocated unit and a JV/SPV agreement governed by Nigerian law, with title held in escrow until project milestones are met.
Can I exit before the 24-month window?
Yes — secondary transfers are permitted with written notice. We maintain a buyer waitlist for early exits, typically clearing within 30–60 days.
What happens if construction is delayed?
The SPV carries a contingency reserve. Beyond a 90-day delay, investors receive a pro-rata yield credit on subsequent milestone payments.
Is the projected ROI guaranteed?
Yes. Projected ROI is contractually backed through the SPV agreement, supported by documented comparable sales and current rental yields in the OPIC corridor. A full risk disclosure and guarantee terms are published on request.
